Mr. Dahlan was graduated from Faculty of Economic University of Indonesia with major in Accountancy and accomplished his masterdegree in Financial Management from Gadjah Mada University and hold investment manager representative license from Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency (BAPEPAM-LK). He started his professional career as an auditor at Ernst & Young and afterward moved to Bank Mandiri and Bank Danamon as a trader at Dealing Room which managed millions of dollar and billions of Rupiah in his portfolio. After that,
he was The Head of Debt Trading in TrimegahSecurities. Before joining Batasa, he was a
Finance Director of Menara Indonesia Group (MKnows Consulting). Currently, he is also active as a capital markets columnist in some public media and becomes Market News Contributor for Bloomberg, Reuters, radio stations and online media. His license as Investment ManagerRepresentative is based on the decree of Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency (BAPEPAM-LK) No.Kep-79/PM/IP/WMI/2000.

INDRA WIDIARTO

Holding an Investment Manager License and an Underwriter License from Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency (BAPEPAM - LK), Indra Widiarto has more than 8 years experience in Fixed Income Trading. He has spend the last 5 years of this period focusing on USD- and Yen- denominated high-yield performing bonds, loans, and distressed asset trading from Indonesian and other countries. Prior to joining the company, he was a Senior Manager and Head of Offshore Trading Desk of PT Batavia Prosperindo Sekuritas and a Eurobond Trader at PT DBS Vickers Indonesia. He graduated from Faculty of Economic University of Indonesia with major in Economics and Concentration in International Trade in 1997. His license as Investment Manager Representative is based on the decree of Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency (BAPEPAM - LK) No. Kep-76/PM/IP/WMI/1999.

Sarana Indoboga Pratama and Senior Marketing Officer at PT. Asia Kapitalindo Securities, Tbk. during 1999 — 2002.K Mr. Utama has complete license in Indonesia capital market including Broker-Dealer Representative, Underwrited Representatibe and Investment Manager Representative. Mr. Utama has graduated cum laude from special capital marketi program at AA Widya Wiwaha Yogyakarta on 1999.K His bachelor degree was from extention program Faculty of Economic University of Indonesia in 2003. EDY MULYANA

Licenced Investment Manager By The Capital Market Supervisory Board (Bapepam), he was previously Vice President of Batasa Capital since 2002. Having long experience as regional and public institution financing planner for the National Development Planning Board (Bappenas) for 5 years. Holds Master degree in Finance from the George Washington University, Washington DC.Started career as researcher at Faculty Economics University Indonesia (FEUI) and center for policy and Implementation studies (CPIS), and currently teaches at FEUI as well as Economic Institute (STEI Tazkia).

His Licence as Investment Manager Representative is based on the degree of Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisor Agency (BAPEPAM-LK) No.Kep- 70/PM/WMI/2004.
